The green salsa and the tortilla chips are above average. The rest of our meal (we each got different kinds of enchiladas) we found to be average at best.

Inedible pile of slop. I heard high praise but my order of alambre was haphazardly thrown in a container completely mixed with rice and beans. It immediately went in the garbage. Don’t waste your money.

This place has some of the best Mexican food I've had and I've lived in Texas! A few of us were looking for a place to eat and we were walking down Cherokee St. There were several Mexican places clustered together and when I said “I wonder which one would be better”, a total stranger walking by said “This one for sure is the best” and indicated Taqueria El Bronco.
