The customer service at this restaurant is fantastic, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. I informed them that I was on a tight budget, so they kindly brought me a few pieces of naan with my meal. It turned out to be more delicious than I expected, with flavors that were bold and enticing. Overall, this is one of the best Indian restaurants I have visited in town. I highly recommend giving this place a try! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taste Of India:
The food at this restaurant was cold and they charged $4 for a large naan. Every other Indian restaurant includes a naan with a meal, and the prices here are ridiculous for the portion sizes. I will not be ordering from here again. I will also be contacting my bank because they refused to refund my money for this disappointing experience. View all feedback.
We have ordered food from here a few times and in the rule it is very good! normally we order garlauch naan, huhn makhani and huhn tikka masala. there were times when there is a bit more gland so that the resistance to food quality is not always there, but I never had bad food necessary. I would order again!
Sadly, the food has really gone downhill. The food we ordered today was very bland, small portions and overpriced. The samosas were mushy and bland- the worst I have had anywhere. The biryani was a ridiculous price for almost nothing but bland slightly flavored rice- almost no meat, vegetables, spices, raisins nothing! I sometimes feel that they send out subpar food for delivery or takeout and the food is better when you eat there because you can complain or send it back and.they don’t care about the quality if you are going to eat it at home. I would not recommend.
I’ll start by saying that the food was very good… however, the prices on the menu are not the prices you’ll see on your bill. They haven’t updated the menu they say and every item underpriced on the menu. Also, they’ll place a water bottle in front of you when you get your menu and they’ll charge you for it on the bill. Maybe offer tap water as an option? Just be more up front and honest with your customers and I’d change this to 5-stars!
This is my neighboring Indian stain and I really like it. they have a subtle unique take on community dishes they prefer full aromatic aromas over fat and spicy, which I can really appreciate because it is easier to build with sauces and chutneys. heat (image) is easy to add, the quality of the unground nelks is not. they have a wide range of meat, vegetarian and vegan options and the quality is consistent. this place is definitiw family owned, I see the same people every time I am in and they are always pleasant.
Smells EXTREMELY strong of cigarette smoke as soon as you walk in the door... like 50 years of being a dive bar and then being converted into a restaurant. We had to take the food to go because of the smell. Prices are insanely high, almost all entrees are $18. Food itself was good but only 3.5 stars or so. Service was okay... when they offer you water it's a plastic bottle of water, room temp, no glass, no ice. And they charge you for it.
