Frank's Pizza And Italian (manville)

Everytime we order for delivery the driver always comes without some of the items! Always something missing..especially the soda lol they always forget it and than question you as if you didn't order it. Well today was even worse. I ordered 2 pies and 2 sodas and the driver showed up really fast and he had the 2 sodas this time! But than only had a brown bag of food and NO pies! I said I ordered 2 pies! He looked at me and said no! Lmao! I was like um yes! He went to his car left me with the bag of food and yelled from the car that he would be back! Still waiting for him to come back while I have someone else's dinner sitting on my counter! You can't make this stuff up!

I placed an order tonight and received my order 5 minutes ago. I specifically instructed that they make the pizza extra crispy as this place always has a tendency to have soggy pizza where the toppings all fall off as soon as you pick up a slice. I opened my order as soon as it arrived as my guests were hungry, and guess what? SOGGY PIZZA. I’d understand if I didn’t specify how i wanted it, but I said EXTRA CRISPY when ordering, and they acknowledged it back over the phone so i’m incredibly disappointed. I called but at that point there’s nothing they can do. No worse feeling robbed of your money because you didn’t get the order you asked for.

So I have been going to Frank’s pizza for a few years now..just ordering for delivery .I called to book the room for my 3 year old grandson!!Arrived on time to the tables for 27 people were not set up!! Was annoyed, but got over it!! Helped the young waitress set up (not my job) then waited for the waitress to ask what we needed! Water soda cups ext… Nothing!! Annoyed on a second level.. guest arrived and still waiting for service ! Nothing..finally got my pizzas ! Then about to have cake ! Looking for knife , plates, napkins !! Nothing.. so we asked the owner for plates for the cake.. response was “you didn’t tell me you were bringing a cake so you have to pay for plates!!”Firstly, I did ask Mia if I could bring a cake and never was informed I needed to pay for plates ! Not trying to argue over that.. the problem is they never informed us of an up charge of plates ..so the sad thing is that they wanted to physically fight us!! THEY started a verbal argue and then want to PHYSICALLY fight us!! They kicked us out although was ok because my grandchildren had to witness very bad behavior from owners!! Ruining my grandsons 3rd birthday!! Very sad and extremely disappointing

Poor service and disrespectful/extremely rude management. I'll never return.

I love Frank's and there food is great and it's the only thing I been wanting since I came pregnant I love there pizza and mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers and fries and I called up today the lady I talked to was rude and it sound like she said sir to me and I asked my husband if I was tripping or overreacting he said no it sound like she said sir to you and I honestly think that was rude I am a whole woman
