This restaurant is a hidden gem! The staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly. The sushi and Chinese food were fantastic, especially the garlic chicken. The sushi rolls were large and delicious. Our party of 7 was all satisfied with our experience at New China - which rarely happens. We will definitely be returning! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about New China:
do not order the chow mien! ordered chicken chow mien. noodles, kohl and their choice of meat that was hard to find. no wobble, celery, carrot or taste. that's the worst we had! we have emptied most soy sauce to add taste. we asked the server whether the cook made a mistake pr missing ingredients. but no, they do it. and if they want to mow vegetable chow, they get noodles, kohl and a leaf bok choy. server has not of... I love the decorations in this place and the music, it sets the mood very well. The food is delicious of course. Some of it needs extra soy sauce but that's a personal preference. I have not tried their sushi so I can't give a full review
Amazing eating. huge portions. great price. fast service. the best customer service around. definitely try. hong kong style chow my favorites.

Best chinese service and food in Manteca. Just my opinion.
