We often stop for lunch here on our journey to the Dordogne area or on our return. This restaurant has lovely views of the river and is beautifully laid out. The service is very good, and the food is of good quality. I believe they specialise in fish cuisine but there are meat alternatives. Called in for dinner. Didn't have a reservation but the place was half empty, staff made us feel like we were an inconvenience, were sat outside on the terrace which had a lovely view, sat for 10 mins before having to ask the staff for an aperitif.... who were passing up and down past us constantly but ignored us ...eventually asked for an aperitif and nothing....asked another member of staff and nothing....then a th... A lovely evening with a fabulous view whilst dining on the terrace classic dishes, beautiful wine and friendly, efficient service. We were not staying at the hotel and, frankly, struggling to find a restaurant open on a Tuesday evening (not sure why). We were very happy that we remembered seeing this place from the bridge over the river and a delightful evening ensued.
Plat du jour lunch. 16;50€ Excellent buffet starter comprising of razor clams, mussels, welks, clams, Prawns, as well as Charcuterie and interesting salads. Followed by a delicious duck dish (fish course alternative) ..sumptuous puddings ..all delivered with excellent service. Very highly recommended...Will definitely be returning and well worth the 40 minute drive.

From the date to my departure, everything was perfect. Work travel. Exceptional home, beautiful setting with a great view. The reception, service and staff is impeccable. A brunch and a high quality restoration with fresh products. Very clean hotel. A big thank you to the whole team for these 3 weeks in this very beautiful establishment.
It's impossible to note the room because we just had lunch at the restaurant. Very nice property located. Beautiful spacious dining room and beautiful terrace overlooking the park and river. Absolutely beautiful. Idyllic frame and excellent reception. Quality service. Good value for money. I recommend.
