I'm just suffering from this terrible place because it's my son to go to pizza when I have it. but this place can go straight to hell. 2hs 15min for a pizza to arrive with the delivery. As many other people mentioned here, I bought through the app and paid. waited until my food is ready before I go and had to wait for probably an hour. I don't know what's going on in the world with this place. the people move up and sit there for 10 15 minutes. obviously her eating was not ready. I've never seen anything like that before. I'll never order through this place again.
I ordered online and went to pick it up but the didn’t have the doors open only the drive through, and it took over 30 mins to get my food waiting. Plus I called to see if they would open the door to give me my food and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Would give zero but can’t. It’s worth it just to order pizza somewhere else where you can get it right away. And it’s like only a buck more elsewhere anyway
Food is always good but takes forever to get it and they never have any pizza hot and ready. Most the time they have the doors locked to go in so no matter if you order on the app or not you have to wait in the drive thru line.Food: 5/5
I’ve had the worst experience ever at this location today, first off the dinning room was closed, second off the drive through speaker has been broken for over two weeks, after finally waiting in the huge line we get to the drive through window, to not be greeted from a employee for literally 15 or more minutes, employees looked at us, probably 3 or 4 times but we’re to busy to greet us, once someone finally comes to the window they were extremely rude, building stunk of weed, our pizza was made at 6:30 but we didn’t get it till 6:49, we got our pizza it was cold, terrible customer service, dirty store, literally the worst experience at a little ceasers ever. 10/10 would never ever recommend going to this store.
I don't think I've ever seen such a poorly run establishment. There is no way this place is even profitable pushing maybe 3-5 cars through the drive thru an hour. Lobby closed. Speaker/menu has been broken for who knows how long. Many years ago you could go inside and grab a quick cheap pizza and immediately be on your way.
