Buffalo Wild Wings - Mansfield

Pros: •The tater tots were so good! Their cheese curds were also delicious. •Our food came out really fast! •Their prices are very fair. •The atmosphere was superb. •It's kid-friendly. Cons: •I don't say this often but I did not like their wings. (The blazing hot ones were not very spicy for Carolina Reaper The Chipotle BBQ was meh at best).

Service has gotten very slow as of late. Not sure what the reasoning is but it never seems to be busy. Food today just wasn't good at all. Not sure why because this location used to be one of the best around Massachusetts. Service once seated is always good and they even make sure to put the game on for you if it isn't already on. I will definitely revisit I just hope the food is better.

Seated promptly mid afternoon. Ordered drinks turns out bartender was also a waiter who never got around to making our drinks. Eventually canceled them. Waited and waited and waited for the food. Eventually my wife's sandwich came but my order of wings in their name, right? Took another 10 minutes. None of this was our waitress's fault she still got a good tip.. She even brought out the manager who comped my wings and gave us a gift certificate. They were probably short handed in the kitchen and bar, but there were only a handful of patrons present. Food was good, but it will take quite a while before we revisit. There are other restaurants nearby that are also short handed but make do.

The cashier is very polite and the manager (I guess) is super friendly. Will dine in next time. Have been to many buffalo locations in different towns, this location has most friendly staffs.

Pleasantly surprised. I’ve had a like warm experience with B-Dubs Over the years. Been to several, in 4 different states. Tonight was the best experience to-date! Sever Kenzie was outstanding (and adorable). Order was perfect. Wings were the best I’ve had at a B-Dubs. Cooked exactly the way I like them. Mansfield will be my go to B-Dubs.
