Die Sandwiches waren lecker wie eigentlich üblich bei Subways.Das Restaurant war ziemlich leer, daher ging es recht schnell, auch wenn das Personal eher etwas verwirrt schien.

Absolutely terrible staff, especially the manager. My colleagues and I order from this branch regularly, and we've never had any problems. We ordered online through Lieferando. The subs are described on the website. My sub arrived dry and untoasted, with no filling. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no cucumbers, no sauce – even though that was part of the description. A phone call with the employee quickly showed us it was pointless. He immediately became defensive and unfriendly (we explained that mistakes can happen), but then he blamed us and said there was nothing he could do. After a long discussion, the employee admitted that the error lay between Subway and Lieferando. Again, we made it clear that we weren't holding him personally responsible. Then the employee demanded that we come into the branch. We explained that we couldn't leave work, which is why we ordered. Then he hung up. Further attempts to call went unanswered. After some research, we discovered that the employee's statement was also incorrect, as the sub's description and ingredients are listed on the official website. My colleague even left work to go to the store and clarify the situation. The employee we spoke to on the phone seemed to understand after another confrontation, but then a female employee intervened. She immediately started shouting, confronted my colleague, and threatened him. She then insulted him repeatedly, swore in another language, and banned him from the premises. She practically chased after him and even tried to kick his scooter. The sub was eventually replaced with a new one by the understanding employee, who also vehemently apologized for the female employee/manager, but none of this should have happened. I think these people not only lack customer service skills but are also unaware of any legal regulations. This will probably be the last time we, as a company or as individuals, will shop there. An official complaint has been filed.
