Watching the Hibacgi Chef prepare the food live with the fire was pretty entertaining. It was a good time. I would go again! Parking: Parking in the Mall is roughly 20-30 feet from the door. Very easy! Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid food options basic chicken etc. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is a ramp up to the sidewalk. View all feedback.
What Ali Underwood doesn't like about Shogun Sushi Hibachi:
Every time I order takeout I PAY for extra sauce and every time I am shorted on the sauce. I just brought my food home and my meal and soup leaked through the bag all over my seat. The host is never polite when I point out I’m missing sauce. My steak is ordered medium rare and is definitely cooked well/well done. Over priced for a mediocre meal and below average service. The food was great but our server seemed to be more attentive to closing the place than serving us! I went up to the bar to get refills on my soda!
Food was delicious and presentation was entertaining. Atmosphere was a little crowded.
I only came here because Tokyo was closed til 4 I would have rather starved til then, this place is gross please go eat your hibachi at Tokyo restaurant.
I brought my 3 kids and Dad here and we all loved it. 2 of my children tried a cucumber roll for the first time and said they wanted to try different rolls next time because they liked it. My son said he is choosing Shogun for his birthday in October. It is a 3 hour drive to come to this location for Hibachi, but we will definitely be back! There were 5 kids total at our table and the chef did an amazing job with all of them. Very entertaining and enjoyable! My 74 year old Dad even commented how fun it was. Kid-friendliness: Our Chef interacted great with all the kids. We all were laughing and having fun.
