If you're looking for an argentinean steakhouse this is not the place. The menus has about a couple argentinean dishes. The rest is all kind of international cuisine. The food is all right considering you're in Manizales... There isn't much to choose from in the...city. Keep in mind that I visited during the city's national festivities and it was very full of people from all over the country. This made service at all restaurants worse.
I come here regularly. The quality is really beyond what you would find in a small city like Manizales. The main chef definitely has a talent and incredible consistency in the kitchen. I personally recommend the grouper, rabbit, or any of the numerous pasta and...sauce combinations. Oh yeah, and all of their food is made on site. You can taste the freshness. Go here.
The owner is argentinean, so this means that he's italian. He's personally taking care of the kitchen. Home made pasta, argentinean pizza. They have a real clay-oven for pizza and empanadas. Must try the home made salmon sorrentinos (argentinean ravioli), meat empanada, and the pizza...in its all varieties. It is located in Milan neighborhood, a nice area full of restaurants and some discos. The place is tiny, with a bar and some tables outdoors.
It's a good look, it's calm. it's have a excellent food, I love the juice. The waitresses were very attentive in the service and very successful in their recommendations.
