So based on other reviews my expectations were not high, but I am happy to say this was good pizza. The sauce and toppings were just fine, but the crust and the bread sticks(which are thickly coated in parm) were so good. What MARY HARKLEROAD doesn't like about Main Street Pizza:
Ordered a Lg pizza well done and Chicken sub . Pizza quality has went way down. Wasn’t well done or done well. Half cooked and very runny with only 3 toppings. Also made the Wrong chicken sub.Didn’t want to drive all the way back and this isn’t the 1st time . I think from now on. I will get my pizzas from the 40 Bar.. not a very clean establishment as well. Always get the best pizza in the U.P. from Main Street pizza!
Can be difficult to get on the phone. Pizza is very floppy and seemingly not cooked well. Location seems dirty.
Mom and pop shop... Product has changed recently in that it now seems very greasy (pepperoni and cheese)... They have a hard time answering phones on Friday and Saturday nights, so you'll probably have to go to the store to order...
Very disappointed as a long time former customer! My family used to love the pizza here, but will have to buy frozen grocery store pizza! After almost 20 attempts to call both Manistique and Munising when I finally was able to get through they closed early! I wish there were other options! Good luck!
