How convenient to have dishes from Iloilo just around my area. Megamall's food court has a stall dedicated to their specialties. Ilonggo is known primarily for La Paz Batchoy. Too bad it wasn't ready when I got there.

Too bad it wasn't ready when I got there. I had Kadyos for the first time instead. It's a soup based dish with pork and jackfruit or langka. It also had lots of garlic and beans. The meat was so soft and it's soup salty sour taste penetrated well to make it really tasty. The Mechado could have been better if its meat wasn't hard to chew.
