Horrible food, same with the Chinese place across the hall claiming to be Thai.

80% of the time it hits the spot. The other 20% it’s just okay. Always find myself going back.

Platz was good in the past, but today I was cut to meat and the forks are a sweat. I understand, but I really don't serve noodles if you don't want to deliver real utensils. food: 2/5

HORRIBLE, Horrible service. This day and age, there is literally NO excuse! Listen to what your customer is asking you ffs!!!! Reciprocate with at least an acknowledgement!!! Coming here makes it seem like these people are doing you a favor, like they 're God 's gift to culinary. Wouldn 't normally go through the trouble of reviewing mall food But, wtf. Even IF you ask them specifically for something they COMPLETELY ignore you. Hey, less of this, more of that (I will pay for it!!! As I indicated at check out), no. Anything that deviates from their menu, forget about it, not happening--these zombies are trained to plow rice into a Styrofoam and some chicken on it. That 's it, don 't expect them to even understand what it is you 're asking (purposefully or otherwise).
