The service at this restaurant was disappointing. The prices were extremely high. However, the food was tasty but very greasy.

This is the most delicious fast food I have ever tasted. It is the only pizza place we visit every day.

The cheese steak sandwich at this restaurant costs $20, and there was no indication of the price on the menu. Make sure to confirm the price before ordering. They accept card payments and provide excellent customer service.

The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible with no curbs or stairs. The service for dining in is top-notch, and lunch is the meal type. Prices per person range from $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5. Recommended dishes include the Cheese Fries, Meat Lovers Pizza, and Cheeseburger Sub. There is plenty of parking available in the free parking lot.

This restaurant is a complete rip off!! This was my first time ordering from Jim Nena's. I found the menu online and decided to order a large "veggie lovers" pizza without tomatoes. The price on their website was listed as $17.95. When I called to place my order, I was not informed of the price before pickup. However, when my husband went to pick up the order, the pizza rang up at $32.99!!!! When we got home, I immediately called to let them know that we were overcharged. The person on the phone told me that their accurate menu prices could only be found on their Facebook page. I checked Facebook while on the phone and realized that the price listed there was also $32.99!!!! I was shocked. I thought they might offer a discount for omitting the tomatoes, but that was not the case. The price for a large cheese pizza is $14.49, meaning I paid over $4.50 for each topping on my pizza!! It would have been cheaper to order a plain cheese pizza and add each topping individually. The person on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I was also surprised to see that the "meat lovers" pizza was priced at $32.99 as well. How can meat and veggies be the same price?! This place does not treat their customers fairly and the pizza is not even that good. I have no idea how they were voted "2023 Best of York." I will not be returning, and I will be telling my family and friends to avoid this place. My advice: stick with Papa John's.
