Shrimp Connection - Manassas

WOW, what we have here is a truly hidden GEM of a place. Just had the most wonderful Flounder fish sandwich and the old bay sprinkled pommes. DELICIOUS and that's just the sandwich. If you like shrimp, this is your place. The owner is absolutely fantastic, gives you his attention and great service. Please eat here and you will not be disappointed at all. Will definitely eat again here.... and again

Wonderful food. It's a hole in the wall. A man. But the oysters, shrimps etc. is good and tasty. There are only 2 picnics sitting outside to sit on the only case. But this place remains open to close because the food is just so good!!!!

We're here and Crosby's on the other side. At first they both see as eating seafood, but after both go, Crosby's is more a seafood market with just crabcake and potato salad, where shrimp compound has real seafood lunch or dinner meals. If you cook at home, I would just Crosby's, but if you want it cooked for you, then give this place a try. The owner is very friendly and would probably do a special order if not too busy. Do not be warned of the location or appearance, give it a jump.

This is how it's supposed to be; locally owned and operated by Dean. He's from here, he loves seafood, he takes pride in his product, and it shows. Lots of options, from fish, shrimp, and seafood to barbeque and soft-serve. Look for the big red crab on the fence. You WILL come back!
