Actually, I always went to Chipotle. But since I tried Qdoba for the first time, I never looked back! The rice is a much higher quality and much tastier. The meat is so juicy and delicious! And it's all as well assembled and not cold as Chipotle. I love the aromas and care placed in their food. I am definitely a fan and always say that people go to Qdoba. I also put my work on Qdoba! Love Love Love LOVE it! So many a... View all feedback.
What Karen Sal doesn't like about Qdoba Mexican Eats:
Horrible, the food is flavorless, they don't have good customer service, they are stingy with the food. Like the little spoon of sauce for the big bowl is crazy and they get an attitude when you ask for another spoon. Not worth the money. The food looksgood on the plate does not taste good. Very clean and quiet place to eat. I recommend putting the sharp nacho cheese in the bowl...
Great food quick service and fresh ingredients. Very clean location

Tostada shell tasted stale. Everything else was very good.
The food was decent, but the overall vibe from the staff was unwelcoming, as if they didn’t want me there at all. I was the only customer during my visit today, yet no one greeted me. Instead, they seemed to grudgingly acknowledge my presence with a grunt. While I had mostly no issues when placing my order, the staff acted as though they were doing me a favor by serving me, rather than the other way around. When I requested a specific dressing, the response was simply, “it’s out,” with no alternative offered. I only visited because I had credits nearing expiration that I needed to use. When it came time to pay, I asked to split my bill between two credit cards. The cashier nodded and agreed but then proceeded to charge the entire amount to one card. They refused to void the transaction and correct it, and with my kids in tow, I didn't want to deal with the hassle, so I reluctantly accepted my loss of $25. The staff gave me a dismissive look, making it clear they just wanted me to move along. There also seemed to be a language barrier, as there was a lot of banter in Spanish. While I heard plenty of back-and-forth, it felt like my requests were understood but simply ignored. On the positive side, the food still tasted good, but I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Message received.
