Overall customer service is brilliant, very professional servers and staff. My friends complimentrd their Sheesha. However, the food was disappointing. Tatse was bland, and prices compared to serving size is no match. They should definitely improve the taste of their food. View all feedback.

I will never come here again. As soon as you enter you find yourself swimming in a thick huge cloud of smoke, you almost cannot see the wall on the other side of the room. We had made a reservation, and at our arrival nobody of the staff had any idea about that. We were 6 and wanted to have dinner and the staff was insisting on sitting us at a tea table for 4 people...(are they dumb or what?! . After achieving to sit at normal tables, we received the food... but each person at a different time. So by the moment my wife received her food, i had already finished mine. The food is regular to bad. My hamburger costed 4.5 BD and honestly i regretted not to have gone to order it in McDonald's.... you make the maths.
