Poznaya 38 - Feedback

What mesut a doesn't like about Poznaya 38:
I ordered 2 poza , waitress told me there is only one, so I ordered another different kind. She asked me I have to pay before having my orderes. I said if you don 't have my orders in kitchen what happen? Although I paid before. She just smiled. It's cheap and delicious, maybe not five minutes ago, but it takes three minutes to wait, it tastes good. Staff may be tired and a little bit angry, but it's a dining room, not a restaurant. It's a good price, always clean and expensive. Where is the Caesar of 136 roubles and the Greek 87?
