I regularly order takeout from here and it's only ever been on-point. The orange chicken is honestly fantastic and always served to me hot and with a smile on the face of whoever hands it off to me during pickup. I've never seen anyone eating in but I imagine things have shifted since COVID became an issue so I don't think I can speak on that. I'm truly happy this business exists so close to my home. What Shannon Moose doesn't like about New China Express:
We got the dumplings, Mongolian beef and house special fried rice. Definitely not what I was expecting. The Mongolian beef leaked on everything in the bag making it sticky. Portions was nice but taste was off. View all feedback.

This has to be one of the best American style junk-food Chinese places we 've found in Seattle. The food is great, everything we 've ordered is very good. The price (value) for food is also great. We can typically order the $15 dishes and easily get enough food for 2 meals out of them. The chicken (used in a lot of dishes) is very crispy and if you order spicy, it actually comes spicy!
This is hands down some of the best Asian food I've ever had, service was on point and price excellent, would recommend their fried rice and sweet and sour chicken!
Best Chinese delivery (not many left! They still do their own deliveries so your food arrives HOT and quick. If you order online through their website, they have promos such as free pork fried rice, egg rolls, etc. My favorites: >Ma Po Tofu >Orange Beef (still crispy upon arrival! >Chicken and mixed vegetables
When I moved to Magnolia I was worried there wouldn't be any good food options nearby and then I found this gem. It's so hard to find really great Chinese American food in Seattle and this is the best I've ever had. General Tso's chicken is super crispy with big fat curls of chili pepper, and they use hand-cut noodles in their chow mein. Run by a really sweet friendly couple and good prices, can't recommend this place enough.
