Charming ambience ovelooking the warm maldive beach Excellent cuisine and spoilt for choice. Under one roof one can enjoy excellent Italian Thai Chinese Indian Mediterranean all under guidance of sime excelkent chefs. I prefer Indian food and my wife likes italian so we were thoroughly spoilt by chefs Kanan and Manali. The service is beyond excellence and nothing is too much trouble. Service with a smile and very polite mannered team headed by Kirit. Maldives is a beautiful location and if food is an issue then don't even waste time in thinking just book the taj exotica and enjoy the 24degree experience. Amazing food with gobsmacking flavors that keep you longer after you are really full. Extensive menu with global cuisine from America to the Orient... And, of course, catched local fish from the reef ..no longer get that!
