Hello, The reason why I am giving one star. $9.00 for 1 bud light. $7.00 for 1 chicken taco that the most expensive taco I every had in the area. Most places in Chelsea an East Boston don't even cost that high. This is outrageous. Will not be back. Leonard

This is one of the best Mexican joints we've found up here around the Malden, MA., area! Everything I have ordered from El Potro before tastes authentic, just like from the South! It's worth the money you spend there. There are lots of tvs in this establishment on one side of the restaurant for watching baseball games if that interests you. The bar has comfortable seating, and the margaritas are reasonably priced! The people who work there are always nice, no matter the time of day! I've walked in an hour before they close, and was still served an excellent tasting dish of tacos! I LOVE IT! Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options! I... I am not a vegetarian myself, but I have seen some options on the menu! I hope that helps! Dietary restrictions: If you ask for something to be omitted in your meal, the people who work there take it very seriously and will oblige you! It's honestly wonderful to be served in such a way. Thank you, people of El Potro! Parking: Although the parking lot isn't the biggest, it's free and directly across the street from El Potro. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a little dip out front of El Potros' main door that allows for someone in a wheelchair to easily access the establishment.

Food was delicious! Shrimp burrito and carne asada were wonderful! So glad we stopped here. Will definitely stop by next time we're passing by!

Friendly staff, super clean restaurant and the food amazing. Family friendly atmosphere. Parking: Main parking is a cross the street.

We Love going to El Potro, they serve amazing margaritas. The food is really good. The Pollo A la Crema is always perfect. The staff is always polite.
