I had to return my Yorkshire puddings because at first they were still frozen inside and then super burnt outside. The kitchen replaced it with Yorkies half the size and double burnt. My husband's pie was heated in the microwave that the crust that was maybe originally flakey (when freshly baked) became chewy and hard.
