I tried dining here for the first since I really wanted to try their pasta (which cannot be taken home) I was already a fan of their pizza and I'm glad I tried... read more I tried dining here for the first since I really wanted to try their pasta (which cannot be taken home) I was already a fan of their pizza and I'm glad I tried their Carbonara (which also had to be consumed upon serving) The noodles were so good and I have to admit, this is a proper Carbonara which we devoured almost too quickly. Service was quick and our server was kind enough to inform me to eat the pasta asap as the texture changes as time passes. Will definitely be back for more!

Price is ove... read more I refuse to believe that Italy serves bland pizzas with tiny little toppings. How can it be at par with Italy when it's clearly inferior to Gino's. Price is overpriced. Only good thing is the chewy dough which Gino's also has. The 3.7 rating pretty much sums up this place. Could have been something great but they blew it.

Said no corkage on phone but the lady said there was corkage when we got there so we didnt get to drink what we planned. I think the standard is to wait to be seated, right? It doesn’t apply there so we waited a while. No one said and it didn’t say anywhere that it pay as your order, so we had to figure it out ourselves also after I used the restroom and no one gave my friend a menu. Restroom was dirty Pizza was served quite fast so I understand now why someone would think it was reheated. Food was good though! A customer was having a hard time getting in coz he was carrying something with both hands and I ended up opening the door because none of the staff did. They chatted for a while pa and I ended up keeping the door open the whole time. (Sigh, stupid me. And the crux of this unfortunate lunch experience... There was a cockroach roaming through our food (thankfully towards the end but we didn’t get to take out rest of the food and the staff did not react at all even when I jumped out of my seat. It roamed for quite a while through our table and seats. We were seated inside and in front of the staff so low probability that they didn’t know what was happening. I waited till I was calm to write this down because I wanted to be objective. In conclusion, food is good but service and sanitation are bad.
