Pie de Cuba is a must-visit. Not only did we have a delicious lunch in a tranquil setting, but the staff went above and beyond to arrange payment via our posada when we were cash-less due to a banking snafu. The food alone deserves a...visit, but the service sets Pie de Cuba above the rest. View all feedback.
Our hotel recommended we go to Pie de Cuba for lunch, and we’re so glad they did! Pie de Cuba was quite charming – tucked away from the busy road behind a thick row of trees. The service staff was very attentive and helpful –...some of the best service we got in Argentina. The ambience was rustic and quaint. The food was excellent – they offered bread with a carrot mayo-type dipping sauce, and we shared empanadas, provoleta, and a gnocchi dish. Everything was top-notch and we would highly recommend this restaurant!
Service was excellent!! Beautiful and cozy place. A beautiful garden. Off course the lunch was very good! The meat is good and the portions are perfect!!
I really recommend this restaurant, I went with a friend and We got a great experience, the food was amazing, the service even better and the place is really beautiful!!
There people in our party and quite a party it was. Lunch started with ample servings of empanadas, meats (the mortadella was perfect) and cheeses. I had lomo for my main course, but others had pork or a vegetarian dish. Everyone from was...more than pleased with the food. My only regret was that I misheard that the appetizer choice of chocolate flan was with white chocolate- something that does not appeal to me. However, those who had it liked it.
I totally recommend Pie De Cuba. The chef is outstanding. I had the chicken and my husband had The pasta absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. It is outdoors in a rustic setting with a beautiful garden. The staff are fantastic and one lovely man spoke...very good english. The wine list is big and we had a beautiful Malbec Mendoza. Great experience and authentic with lots of Argentinian families.. The portions were reasonable the whole menu looked great. The desert was divine and we recommend you get desert as the chef specializes in pastries etc... Don't miss this hidden gem in Maipu you won't be disappointed. Its tucked away from the main road.. Its a foodies delight! Gracias y Salude to the Chef and Staff of Pie De Cuba from Lindsay y Matt McConnon MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA
