My recent lunch visit to this cafe was my first time there. The cafe has a few tables inside, but we chose to sit outside. The menu is straightforward, offering items like sandwiches, soup, and toasties. We decided on toasties with classic fillings such as tuna mayo, but they also offer specialty fillings. Was unsure about reopening the tea rooms as lockdown loosened but should not have. It’s been decorated in modern happy colours, with a wide range of coffee/teas, sandwiches and tempting cakes. Feels very fresh and clean. Hand gel available on entry. Can’t go wrong.
My husband and I were driving through the village of Yalding in Kent, where we stumbled upon the most beautiful tearoom tucked in alongside the picturesque houses in this quaint village. The tearoom has just been taken over and re vamped by Amy who is a mummy to two young boys. She could not do enough for us, describing the many cakes she had to offer. We liked the look of so many of them and went for three between us in the end. Greedy but it had to be done. The chocolate Malteser refrigerator cake was to die for!! Amy served us with two delicious coffees to have with our cakes. Our visit was so good we are already planning our next visit trust me it has to be done!!!!

A must visit when in yalding, the most delicious sandwiches freshly prepared for you, and divine brownies too. Customer service is excellent, friendly and welcoming. A real gem.
The tea rooms yalding maidstone kent is a family run business where you can get sandwiches, cakes,coffee, tea milkshakes etc. You are always made to feel welcome!
