It's been many years since we visited the monkey island. During this time, the venue has seen its fair share of up and down. The restaurant has recently undergone a facelift that has been tastefully completed. The view from the terrace is worthwhile. We had already checked the menu on the line and had chosen what we would order. Unfortunately, the menu has been changed very recently and the bar menu is not available on weekdays. Our waiter, Luke was attentive and welcoming. The ambiance of this place is great. Such a pretty setting and the decor throughout is beautiful. The food was excellent. The chicken and duck were the most succulent we have ever had and would definitely have again. All in all this was a beautiful dining experience with the customer at its heart.
