Very busy place, but we were asked to wait and were sitting within minutes. large selection on menu for sandwich menu. cocktails looked good, but we had none. the personal is friendly.
We visited twice during days in povoa de varzim, once for lunch and once for a coffee. for the lunch trip I ordered the vegetable omelet and my partner ordered the francesinha. my omelette was quite simple and not seasoned, but came with a huge. teller of chips and salat, which was a bit much for lunch! my partner sandwich was a panini with a gland sauce on the top. both were quite simple, but it was casual and cheap enough to lunch. we also had a limonade and a beer and the sum was under the second time when we visited, we had only coffee. the coffee was cheap (we paid for both) but exactly what we were looking for. we were served only by a worker, and he tried to speak with us English, and asked unprepared if he could help me when I looked at one day a card that was estimated. all in all, eating is average, but good priced, the atmosphere is covered and casual and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed place to take a quick bite.
If they are in a hurry, they do not have enough time to go to a restaurant, they try this cafe/snack. francesinha, prego (befsandwich), hamburguers. excellent beer. I think it should also have traditional food to attract families. very well furnished, good service and cozy atmosphere.
Best Francesinha and superb GT's. The best Francesinha in my opinion inPovoa de Varzim, and the seltion of GT's is I dare say unique in Povoa de Varzim
