Steakburger Gran Via - Madrid

Really nice looking establishment with good decor and nice layout… it promises much, but sadly doesn’t deliver. Service was poor I am so conscious of saying this given the challenges of the industry , and the place was lifeless. The food was OK, a decent enough burger and fries. Cocktails were good and wine was fine. Fine if you’re looking for functional, but don’t expect too much. The place could be buzzing, but isn’t. Could do with a manager on site!

The first place we ate at in Madrid and it was soooo amazing. The burgers were so delicious. We had no waiting and had such a great view of the city people watching while we ate. A must go to place to eat.

A busy place where it is better to reserve your table ahead. They have a variety of Burgers and meat cuts. The service is good. Burgers are tasty and the meat is good. The wings are tasty and the nachos as well.

We had Dennis and Kenny helping us and they were Superlative. The atmosphere and the food was very nice. Just a great overall experience.
