This restaurant has caused me some sensations, which I had not felt at any other time. the atmosphere was cozy, warm, comfortable. the attention very, very good without exhausting, especially by the owner. products of first quality and very well treated. its condimentation very rich but without excess or spices, or fat, or ornaments. but very tasty and well presented. I found exceptional and rare flavors and textures in other establishments. There was no environmental noise, no music. You could talk quietly. the other comensals could be heard (it was full) but it was a mild rumor that did not bother. We ate a very good chrome carabineros, with a lot of flavor a very well prepared and cooked besamel (not raw.) we also take an octopus to the very rich and well cooked Galician. a sapito for two at its cooking point and tasty in which the seasoning does not subtract the prominence of fish. the hot apple pie with vanilla ice cream to not forget and a filling with a spectacular and authentic taste. all price without surprises, taking into account the quality of the product.
