This McDonald's has improved greatly over the last year. It has gone from one star to four stars. The service was fast and accurate . The coffee ordered was fresh which is very important to me. The young lady taking my order was courteous and had a pleasant smile. Now if they could just get the dining room open again they might get five stars. View all feedback.

I thought they'd improve until about two weeks ago, I had a double-square vessel and the double-square vessel was raw. I called and they said they would write it in the book and I could get it because I didn't go back the night. I think they need better crew guides / managers we and my family went to the McDonald's in madisonville and we paid for 3 two for three we have the a total of 5 double cheeseburgers and a fry for the two for three and we have a McChicken and a sweet tea that we get home and we are missing a burger and let me say that this Hispanic manager is rude and rude!
Very pleasant workers, clean toilets. I made a mistake on my order I thought I ordered buttermilk chicken finger and I order wrong. I think the lady was in management, she took it back without any problems. Workers went around asking if everything was good. I wish we were half as good here in Murphy.
That would be a great place for McDonalds. ... sat in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me and 16 minutes later still waiting. I could have gone down to the Vonore McDonald. I got my food.
This special McDonald's is our favorite of them all! The staff without fail is incredibly fast and friendly. Every time we go there, we are amazed. We drove once or twice a month to this, both inside and inside, together or alone. It never fails that we have a great experience! Of course we were with us, but they don't compare it!!
Night shift (10:30) is friendly and helpful. Place is very neat and clean. Food is prompt and good. Good place to stop by if you are traveling.
