I always enjoy coming to this coffee shop when I’m visiting my family. We enjoyed a delicious lunch of sandwiches, soup, and smoothies. They have some games out, and that’s really fun as well. The food is always delicious. View all feedback.
What John Entsminger doesn't like about Open Door Coffee House:
Extremely friendly staff, good snacks and ice cream. Had soup last time and it was reheated ALDI's tomato vegetable though. Like being able to borrow board games to play with the kids. Limited staff usually ends up causing long wait times, but it is a calm and relaxing environment. View all feedback.
I was in the area for one afternoon, and I happened on this place accidentally since it was just the nearest cafe where I could do some remote work. Truly a wonderful little cafe where I was pleased by the atmosphere and stellar service. It really felt like a community joint where people could gather knew each other and could share life together. I first had a hot Americano which was standard and exactly what I wanted. But I wanted a treat as I hit the road and took a chance on a Cookies and Cream milkshake. And as I drove away, I was very sad that I don't live in the area or I would be here ALL. THE. TIME. It was literally the perfect milkshake. Best I've ever had. Most places give you something that is more milk than milkshake. Or the milkshake is undrinkable because it's too thick and all you have is a flimsy, narrow straw. I don't know how they achieved such perfection but it was the most satisfying, consistent pull with every sip. Will definitely visit again whenever I'm in the area.
Great environment and service. Workers are so friendly and kind! Definitely recommend!!
