This is my second time dining here. What an utter disappointment. Food was rather underwhelming, and service was terrible. Don’t go here unless you enjoy mistreatment.

After reading some Recent Negative Reviews; I Stopped In Anyway. Those Reviews Were Unwarranted And WRONG. Service was Very Good. As A Salesmen Traveling 4 States; I Can Say With A Clear Conscience; Service was ABOVE Average. The Atmosphere A Pleasant Mix Of Family Friendly And A Sociable PubThe Food, French Dip, Onion Rings, and Pretzels Were Great, Except Maybe the Pretzels. Being From Philly, PA. They Were not Up to That Standard; But As Good As You Get In the SouthI Will Be Back!

Good place in the heart of Madison. It was a busy afternoon, so the service was not as good as I would have expected. The French onion soup lacked taste, but I would go back. Parking: Large parking lot behind the restaurant.

I think someone who is saving face by doing the bare minimum of giving veterans a free meal is a narcissistic personality. I think he should apologize to all the veterans with the way he treated someone he didn’t even know that was actually bringing attention to a major issue in this country. Based on that why would I ever want to eat at this restaurant? Sounds like bad vibes all around. Stop posting that stupid article every time someone leaves a bad review. We see through your facade. Stop using the veterans as a means to humanize your business when you don’t care about them at all except for giving a free meal on Veterans Day. Chain restaurants do that anyway. Lol.

I took my husband to the Chop House instead of going to longhorns because we wanted a really good juicy flavourful steak. The steaks were okay but they did not have that much flavor. My steak was a little too done too. It was a nice place to eat as far as the atmosphere but probably won't go back.
