Glass Nickel Pizza Co Fitchburg

Hey, when you make the pizza fresh, it's really good and that makes me want to eat there all the time and get it for my friends and family but when I go to pick it up expecting to get fresh pizza and it's a pizza that obviously went cold and they put it in the oven and reheated it and then it's all dried out and hard and not enjoyable to eat then it makes me feel like you can't rely that the food is going to be good do I have to put a special request that says please make it fresh? How can I avoid this? I really resent paying for food that's just reheated garbage and then if I'm going to get it for my family or have friends over and order your pizza and I can't be sure that it'll be a fresh pizza that taste good... I mean so how can I remedy this? Thank you.

Absolutely the best Glass Nickel. Outperforms the others around. Whoever the chefs are need a raise. Everything I have ordered was fresh and delicious. The person answering the phone is polite, helpful, and informs you of the current specials/coupons. Definitely a great spot.

I ask them to cut my pizza in squares and I ordered extra cheese. I hate ordering extra cheese at new places I go to because sometimes you can obviously tell that there isn’t any difference in the amount they use. Big disappointment.

I get a large deluxe delivered once or twice per month and it's usually great. I had one time when somebody went crazy with the green peppers and another (last night when they delivered an entirely different kind of pizza. (Meat Lovers or something... . Usually good, though. Going to make sure I get the right kind from now on, though.

I love Glass Nickel and it's a Madison staple. Consistently good, perfect for work events or family dinners. Fetalicious is an amazing standout but I usually just get a cheese on regular crust. It's not NY pizza, it's not Chicago deep dish, it's not crispy, square cut tavern pie (although you can ask them to cut squares . It's medium thick crust (sort of like dominos? but if you can imagine domino's made with delicious Wisconsin cheese and homemade, quality ingredients.
