What Chris Kirsch doesn't like about Casa Real:
No one in the place other than maybe one other table every time we're there and the service is still atrocious. Same woman all the time, seems bothered and never comes back asking for anything. This past visit stands in the kitchen on her phone in plain sight of our table with all empty drink glasses. View all feedback.
Worst food I’ve ever had in any restaurant let alone Mexican and a horrible experience… both my husband and I got sick after eating there.

My 45 th birthday party, we had six people and only 5 got food, we explained very well before ordering to the waitress that my husband was allergic to onions and we made sure the burritos had no onions per the waitress, so he got the beef burrito and his food came with ours and the waitress held out his plate stating that all dishes had onions in the recipes which is not true, we ate here before with no issue.To not argue and cause a scene he didn't eat and we went to get him food after. We had to call for service.with hands in the air for coffee, more chips, more water. There was only one waitress, but there were only 3 tables with customers. The food was good, but this place is so understaffed and the staff doesn't understand English well enough to accommodate special requests. I wouldn't come again unless I called for carry out an hour prior and make sure there are no special accomodations to your order. Mr. Miguel's on 11 and Ryan will be our always favorite place to go after this episode tonight.
Seems that a certain staff member has a propensity for racism. Stay away from this place.
The service left me feeling a bit uneasy...definitely not what I was expecting. When I tried to resolve my concerns in person they pretty much ignored me.
