This was our 1st visit to this Outback. The entire staff including the hostesses our waiter was very kind and helpful. Our blooming onion was good. My husband I had the filet lobster, which was delicious and cooked to perfection! It was great experience all the way around and we will definitely be back, even considering our drive is nearly an hour to get here! View all feedback.
What Heather Ward doesn't like about Outback Steakhouse.:
Only needed to pull into the parking lot to see how far this place has gone down hill. About 8 or 9 BOH personnel smoking, cutting up, play fighting, and their uniforms were filthy. Most of them were still wearing their aprons (which I know they didn't exchange after taking out trash and smoking). Megan was an excellent server. she was friendly, fast and very friendly! our food was delicious and came fast and she made sure we had everything we needed. they kept the fillings and come broth and we never had to wait or want something! best experience at this place! my birthday dinner was great!

Amazing eating and even better service! my group and I had an amazing server that made sure that our food was properly prepared and that we always had our drinks. our hostess was very nice and helpful when we sit. I suggest having aubrey anne as a host, she was so organized and could put us right away!
The best experience i’ve had in an outback in years! My server was Danny. He never let my drink get empty and always had an amazing smile on his face. I did have to ask some questions about the menu but he knew all the answers to them and was patient with me. When my food came out he made sure i had everything i needed and gave me time to enjoy my food. Once i was done he convinced me to get a dessert, which i loved! When i left he told me to be safe and to have a great day! I will be back and I will for sure bring friends next time!
*sandra t. was amazing! wow! does not exactly describe the outstanding quality of the customer service I have received. sandra’s attention to detail and friendliness made us feel as if we were home with family. they can say they are not only a remarkable person, but really an experienced customer service profi. hands down, a few of the best in-person service I ever had. I come from a restaurant background and have trained server, but sandra is really a unicorn in this industry. I know their management team is proud, but honestly, they should be the ceo. Companies need leaders that really connect with their parasols at every level. sandra is a proven profi, peer leader and excellent server! thank you!
