The food is not bad but not exceptional either. Apart from finding a Western environment with toilet paper and a nice bathroom... The staff is not welcoming at all, not even a smile or attention. The owner made a huge deal about the fact that their guests asked them for drinking water. They passed rude comments on the guests and insisted they buy bottled water instead. They need to learn that if they open an eatery of this scale, they HAVE to serve potable water. If not, they can close down and go to hell.
