I came here after work to get me a seafood boil. The staff were very friendly the food was good, however, when I was eating, I noticed one of my shrimps was not devein. I couldn't eat the shrimp. Other than that mishap, it was View all feedback.

We at at this location 9/22. We entered the establishment was greeted by 2 people at the host stand who did not follow the seating chart on the stand and sat us where they chose. Terrible terrible !!!!! The snow crab and dunegess was over cooked and soft! Also it smelled like pnemonia !!!!!August 27, 2023 I eate there. I dont recommend this place at all.
Ordered 3 hurricane drinks they taste horrible!!! Too much alcohol!!! Bad customer service not one time asked how can we make it better or if you would like a different drink !!! Will not be back again
The manager is rude and it took us 3 hours to get food and they over charged me and got mad when I wanted my money back told me I had to wait 5-7 days and actually wanted to charge my card again. Then she called the police, I will never eat at this place again. This was my first and last time. Our whole ticket was over $700 plus.
First time visiting this location on Mothers Day weekend and I left very satisfied!Davi was our wonderful waitress, she was so very sweet, knowledgeable of the menu, and greatly attentive. I appreciate the amount of seamless effort while building rapport, I feel like we’re friends now.I did not get the chance to snap a photo of our dishes, we were ready to dive in!We started off with popcorn shrimp and boom boom sauce, which arrived very quickly. It was fresh, and so yummy! (Thanks Davi for recommending the sauce of choice!)I ordered the #10 combo meal and my guest ordered the same with an extra crab cluster.We are very pleased with our first visit and we look forward to coming back to see our new friend, Davi! I thought it was my taste buds but as my husband ate he began to realize something was wrong also.. I believe this batch was a bad batch from the oysters to the snow and dungess to the shrimp and crawfish, it was all BAD!! I reached out after being sick all weekend to their website to request a refund and was told we would receive contact, that was Monday and it is Saturday and still no response! We will take our money elsewhere.
