Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Macon

The manager at this restaurant requires customers who place online orders to come inside to pick up their food, which negates the convenience of using the drive-thru option on the app. It is frustrating that the manager does not honor customers' preferred method of receiving their orders.

This restaurant is newly opened and I was thrilled to try it out. However, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The long wait for seating was unacceptable. Additionally, they always seem to be out of certain menu items when we finally get to order. Who would want to dine here with such issues, especially for a new restaurant? They definitely need to improve in order to be successful.

They gave my order away to the wrong person and refused to remake it. Lazy, rude and unprofessional. They certainly don’t shatter any expectations. Do yourself a favor and go to Chic Fil A instead.

I am so tired of ordering and not getting what I paid for. I just gave this place $5 for two strawberry pies I didn 't get. I will not be coming back. Smh.

My complaint is about the conditions that they are putting their employees in and expecting them to work WITHOUT AIR!!! This is ridiculous that someone had to go to the emergency room due to this!! DO BETTER!!!
