The people were friendly, but when I placed my order, I did not notice that I was charged for 2 small vanilla shakes instead of one. I even paid for it, and because I spoke to my granddaughter and watched the line if I didn't check the receipt. I expected 12 per meal and the total number was 35 something, so I want to be suspicious. I didn't find the mistake until I was handed over 3 vanilla shakes after we got our food and before my mocha came. I thought about causing a stink and sending it back and asking for a refund, but I felt bad. It's mostly college and teen agers there, and the shake didn't go to waste. The only thing is that this is better from the 2 McDonald's in town, so it's always busy. The other sucks. This is West Jackson in Macomb.
Very great workers! Was a bit chaotic yesterday, with many customers and even a group of angry guys complain about how long it takes, but overall the mood of the place was really great! Great food and great workers.
