Panera Bread - Machesney Park

This panera is terrible. the service is slow and I didn't get a smoothie I ordered. the season strawberry salad had 2 strawberries throughout. absolutely disappointed and worth nothing

Several times now, the hot chai tea lattes are just steamed milk, no tea, and less than 2/3 full. What's going on?

We ordered a family feast in the drive through. We were assured they could make a substitution, even to the point that, “a manager signed off on it,” and our order was STILL wrong. With how slow the line was moving you might think they would take the care to get it right. Not the case.

Very bad place to make order online . Panera bread app was showing order received but never started preparing and of cause never delivered but they already charged for order. So I have to drive to Panera bread and talk to the manager. I asked where is my order ? She lied about doordash driver already picked up but my order was just behind her seating on table. Manager was laughing( probably because of my accent) and disrespectful, she couldn’t answer question why this happened. She refused to give me her name when I ask her to write on paper just ignored me and left).Completely disorganized place. Don’t waist your time. Tomorrow going to call corporate and complain about manager.This is really B.S. !!!

Sent a pick up order through doordash went inside and asked for help because I've never picked up a doordash order for myself before and didn't know where to grlet it. When I was told that my order wasn't ready I sat and waited, I waited 25 minutes until asking again where my doordash order was. Then the lady told me that my order was in rapid pickup, oh I thought that you were a doordash driver, that's what you said but I was there to pick up my own food. Horrible communication and service. Food was cold and rubbery because no one communicated too me that there is a rapid pick up window, which also is poorly placed because you cannot even see where the food is.
