Excellent. I love basic salmon but I loved the variety in their way of cooking and accompanying. There's a little world since they've been closed in the evening, but it shows they're victims of their success. Prices are particularly interesting compared to the quality of ingredients and cuisine. What Martin Auger doesn't like about Saumon & cie:
a sign that copies the salmon shop but in a lot less good!!A card that is copy glue to salmon but products not at all! the unmangeable tartar and the salmon marinated with the doubtful anthus genus of 2/3 days! The holidays may have had something to do with it, but I noticed a small drop in quality compared to usual. Nothing serious just a little alert. So to be continued. I still recommend it because the value for money remains very good.
A unique formula for €10 for lunch with a delicious salmon steak (recipe of your choice) or chicken. A wide choice of support. A delight !
