Mcdonald's - Luverne

Online it says the drive thru closes at midnight but the worker told me lobby and drive thru close at 11

The food here was exactly like you see on the commercials. I don't understand why this place has a low rating. My burgers was 100% made correctly when special ordered with extra onions and cheese and no ketchup or mustard. Thank you!

So the male working at the window was friendly, but it’s disappointing to see your iced coffee be made with only a thin layer of whipped cream and less than half a teaspoon of caramel drizzle when you paid an extra 80 cents for them.. Meanwhile a pink haired employee in the background is making herself a drink completely covered with chocolate and caramel drizzle inside the cup and on top with a mountain of whipped cream… I think the employee helping herself got the extras that I actually paid for ?

Ordered in the store. Had to use the kiosk because no employees were out front. Waited 35 min and watched customer who ordered after me leaving with their food. I went to the counter to ask what was happening with my order. Stood there for 15 minutes before a employee got close enough for me to holler at. I asked him what was going on with my order, and he friggin rolled his eyes at me and walked back into the kitchen! I finally walked into the actual kitchen grabbed the 1st employee I saw, gave them my receipt and demanded my money back. Screw this place! I'll NEVER go in there again!

Order was cold, sodas were wrong. Window attendant had to check with us 3 times for what we ordered.
