Pizza Hut - Luton

Have everything you can eat here. we were actually asked to book and pay via the app we did, although some families paid at the switch. that is all they can eat should be! the Salat/Pasta bar had a great choice and was really unlimited in contrast to other restaurants. although the pizzas were most options were deep pan when we visited and from the cheaper part of the menu. I can understand this from business experience, but would like to have offered a meat meal. we might have missed this, as other pizzas started to get out, but I can only check what I got with the loss of a star. there were also unlimited drinks and ice options, but I knew that I would not have space for everything and I was right. in any case worth a visit if they need a massive meal.

Overall good. Visited with 2 under 12s. I accidentally ordered an duplicate side. The manager kindly sorted it for me and even let me keep the extra side. Service was great. Has been poor in the past but is much improved. Kids enjoyed the unlimited drinks and ice cream.

Lovely staff but atmosphere was too humid. I think the ac was broken? Had a fight with 3 flies and a bee. It kind of ruined what was otherwise a nice meal. So I won't go back if AC isn't on next time.

As always the food was lovely. The parts of the restaurant we saw were clean and tidy. Personally, I feel that the insistence of staff that we use the QR code instead of taking the order in person, as requested, and the speed at which the food appeared, makes you feel rushed and the meal felt more 'fast food ' than an evening meal out with family. Some personal interaction with staff would really help to make the evening more pleasant.
