I wasn 't gonna say anything till I got the wings I looked like they tossed them once and just sent it out. Man... SMH everything on the back side has no season.

Today, despite the pou... read more My mom and I just visited Wingstop, and I must say, I love this place! I've always had positive experiences here, even during peak hours. Today, despite the pouring rain and a busy crowd, we received our food in a reasonable time, and it was hot and delicious! My mom did have one suggestion: she mentioned that wet wipes for sticky fingers would be great (although the staff did provide a damp paper towel for us). Overall, Wingstop continues to impress with its menu and service!

The wings are incon... read more Absolutely the worst Wingstop experience I've ever had! The staff at the front seem more interested in chatting than attending to customers. The wings are inconsistently seasoned—it's rare to get fully seasoned ones. I specifically asked for well-done wings, and they didn't deliver on that either. Management appears indifferent, and it might be time for the owners to rethink their entire team. Despite having 15 employees in the back, only 2 were actually working, while the rest were too busy socializing to care about customer satisfaction. As mentioned before, this truly is the worst Wingstop. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 21 to 30 minutes, but when I arrived after 30 minutes, I still waited an additional 20 minutes for my food. When I inquired about my order, the cashier simply glanced over her shoulder and said, "10 more minutes." I'll be contacting corporate about this!
