Whataburger - Lufkin

Most of the time the food is good and fresh. The staff is always friendly. The drive thru wait times usually take a while. Most of the time it's worth the wait.

Very clean . very friendly service. very excessive waiting times for food and the order was incorrect and charged incorrectly. I would eat there again but go when you have lots of time to wait and double check your receipt and you food once it arrives.

Went through the drive thru this morning... only one in line, had to wait to place my order. While placing my order, I asked for a #21 breakfast on a bun with bacon, add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and mayo, with a large 3/4 sweet 1/4 unsweetened tea... she reads back...BOB with sausage and a 1/2 1/2 tea. No ma 'am... with bacon and a 3/4 sweet and 1/4 unsweetened tea. Get up to pay and watch her fill my drink with mostly unsweetened tea. I asked her for the tea like I wanted and she said that 's how we do it here ... I said... you pour it yourself why can 't I get it like I want??? So after I caught an attitude from the morning manger lady I just left. When I went to look at my BOB there was very little bacon... not a happy start to my morning.

Went to order food from the drive thru, while I was making requests to add condiments to the sandwich, the lady on the speaker was rushing me to proceed with ordering food instead of listening to me make changes to my order. This is on 10/28/22 at 6:20 pm.

My wife never likes to go to such places, she was on the go and it was what was left on the way, the person who served us was very friendly, she really conquered our gratitude, my children chose to leave a tip, and my wife was really thrilled!
