Chicken Express - Lufkin

I don’t know what it is about this location but they take forever to bring out your food. They make you park and it seems like they forget you’ve paid and waiting for your food .. literally took over 45 minutes for a simple order .

Took a very long time to get food. Was so bad people in drive thru were coming in and asking about their order. Dining room needs attention. Person on cash register hollered back to others only 3 more hours of this !! The cook was eating while cooking THEN TO MY DISGUST LICKED ALL FOUR FINGERS AND WENT BACK TO COOKING!!!!! Other employees saw this and laughed saying what are you doing???? Needless to say I will NEVER be back. It’s not clean and employees don’t care.

Good food with reasonable prices, good customer service ?? ??, only thing was the dining area needed some attention. Will go back when in the area, a recommend for a quick yummy filling meal.
