A pleasant and relaxed place! We had dinner, the food was well prepared and the portions ample. The service was attentive and kind. They had several beers on tap and a cocktail menu several pages long.We stayed longer than we had intended to just because it was such a nice place to hang out.Should I pass Lübeck again I will probably go here. What Sönke Jung doesn't like about Jazz Cafe:
Been here twice and each time had a mojito. Both times didn't taste any alcohol in there, my friend tasted too and couldnt recognize any. If I want a non-alcoholic drink, I will order one and not pay for the more expensive one. One bartender noticed we were leaving and asked why, I said the drinks are not good and he offered us a shot as a compensation. It was a nice gesture but made me think if it's their tactics. D... The food went so far. for what was offered, it was too expensive. Chairs were too close together and the men's toilet was a disaster. the word corona is not known locally. Overall, the load makes an unused impression. I'm not going to visit the locals again.
Not recommended. I had bad experiences with the food. We're very silly. for what is offered, the price is simply not justified. the service was disastrous.
Got pasta bolognese for late lunch and that tasted like it was cooked from a frozen supermarket ravioli’s, added some sauce and a ton of cheese. Hate to say but most likely the worst pasta experience in my whole life
We went here quite a few times over our stay because the cocktails were just so great. There were so many to choose from and for Euros which was a large, for medium you got an absolutely huge glass that looked to be...about a pint. Such great value for money and a really lively atmosphere as well
The cocktail variety! Oh my! We stumbled upon this place while trying to find a bar or pub on a Sunday night. I'm so glad we came in here!The drink list..
