The tables were simple, but still chic. In the selection of wines we trusted the recommendation of Patron and Sommelier Torsten Lacher, who chose the corresponding wines for food: wines from the Aldinger winery from Fellbach and from the Wöhrwag winery from Stuttgart Untertürkheim. We were absolutely convinced of the recommendations and can also confirm here: Weingenuss at a very high level. We won't have been to Parkcafe for the last time.
On 15.07.2022 we were invited with a total of 12 people to the Parkcafe Restaurant in the blooming Baroque. the flowering baroque is the garden view in the castle garden of ludwigsburg. in the upper eastern garden of the blooming baroque is the Parkcafe Restaurant, which is divided into 2 areas: an SB area and an operating area. the service area is located in the so-called playhouse of the hearts and kings, with 2 chic historic salons. the menu for our group was preordered, but it was possible that a perosn from the group could rebook the meat main course into a vegetarian variant. on our arrival we received an aperetiw at the bar (sect, alcohol-free sekco or orange juice) of the table in the blue salon was already covered, drinks (water) were interrogated and gifted. as the first floor there was a summer leaf salad with parmesan and shrimp. then follow the Bouuliabaisse, which tasted significantly after the fish. for small cooling there were homemade lemon syrups before the main course, calfsque served with late and summer garden vegetables. as a dessert there were homemade pannacotta with fresh fruits. at Dessert-Sercvie the chef laura was sad with the table and was presented to the guests. there was red, white and rosé, from local wineries wöhrwag, Aldinger and wg cleebronn. the service itself was fast, attentive and yet in any kind of background, but always at the place, if necessary. the individual passages at good time intervals without stress or without informative. Conclusion: a very good kitchen, tasty taste, no 0-8-1-5, sufficiently large portions and a good service and a great ambience. I can recommend without restriction.
