Arby's - Ludington

The Southwest wrap, new crinkle fries without salt, and Jamoca shake were all enjoyable. However, the pecan chicken salad sandwich was disappointing- it was dry, hard, and lacked filling. The turnovers were a highlight, especially the icing. Unfortunately, they ran out midday but we were willing to wait for more. Disappointingly, the register worker asked their team leader who refused to bake more, citing lack of desire. This lazy attitude was off-putting, especially when said in front of customers.

This Arby's location is consistently excellent. I just wish there was one closer to me, but I always make sure to stop by when I'm on a break in Ludington.

I tried the new brisket sandwich and was quite disappointed. It was dry and not very flavorful. The Jamaican jerk seasoning did not taste authentic.

Today, Arby's exceeded my expectations compared to previous visits. The woman working at the drive-thru was fantastic - not only did she efficiently take my order, but she was also fun and friendly. Overall, it was a truly amazing experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the $1 menu options available at this restaurant between 2-5 p.m. I ordered snack size curly fries and a vanilla shake, both of which were satisfying for my appetite. The service was very friendly, but the only downside was that we had to ask for ketchup twice and they forgot it both times.
