If you have 20 mins for breakfast this is ideal. Right outside the station, it serves pastries, sandwiches and good Italian cappuccino. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. View all feedback.
What 1sammi doesn't like about Stazione Lucca Di Maurone:
We used this as a kind of pit stop for a coffee, it was good coffee but we were disappointed that after being served outside once, we didn’t see anyone again and had to go inside, but it was convenient. View all feedback.
It seemed very popular. Fairly basic inside cheap cheerful probably covers it. Staff seemed okay.

We ate here twice on our way to the train station and was very pleasantly surprised both times. First time was for coffee and snacks. I had a tiny lemon tart with fresh berries; the crust was flaky and buttery the lemon curd also had a touch of real butter nothing fake about it! The fruit was fresh too. My husband had a chocolate cream out and was thrilled with the abundance of filling. The second time was lunch before leaving. The pizza did not look so good, but boy was I wrong. There was that buttery crust again! I also had a little linzer type cookie with apricot filling and you guessed it real butter. The cokes were super cold too. My tastebuds will miss the goodness, but my wardrobe will be glad this place is far from home!!!
